lg optimus sol, how do I unlock it?

I forgot my unlock patterns, now I am at the Gmail stage of resetting the lock. but although I typed the right email account and password, It says to be invalid? so how do I bypass that? I want help to reset to factory data, any Ideas? FREE ones please. I ain't got no cash :p
