LG Optimus vs nokia 710?

Im trading my new nokia 710 for a LG optimus. I really hate the windows look and how its set up but i love how fast it is. I never used a Optimus, is it good? Fast? is it durable? Im use to a G1 and i cant find one anywhere. So im tradeing for a Optimus.
 
unless its the optimus 3d your are getting ripped off. Sell the Nokia if you dont like it and buy a different phone.
