okay. so i had earlier went to the security settings on my phone, and got stuck there and my dad had to call the tmobile people to have them do something. i dont know what it was, but it had worked. 
so now, i had turned off my phone because it was lagging a little bit. and i turned it back on and its back on the stupid PUK code. i type in 00000000 and then 0000 and 0000 and i did the same with nines because that is usually the default codes. but its doing nothing.
anything is apprieciated. i need this phone, and if i dont my life will end.
