My new LG Prada KF900 turns on and shows the 'prada' logo for about 20 second, then it disappears for 5 seconds, then 'prada' flashes back again, and it just repeats it, over and over, and i can't get into my phone. the only way i can get it to stop is to pull out the battery. how can i fix it online or can you tell me where or who?? thankss
