I have an LG Prime through AT&T. I've had it for almost 2 months now, with no problems. Maybe 2 or 3 days ago, I had 500 songs on the mini-SD card in the phone, and I went to play them and there were "No Items". I took the SD card out and put it in my computer, all my songs were there. I didn't get it. The same thing happened today, so I shut it off and turned it back on, but instead of it turning on again, it showed the LG screen, and then shut off. It then keeps turning itself on and off, only showing the LG screen at reboot, then shutting off. And I can't stop it unless I pull the battery out.

What I did find out though, is that when I have it on a charger, and it is charging, I can turn it on, and then after pulling the charger out I can use the phone the whole time. But it still says I have no music and won't connect to my computer.

I know it has a full battery, because upon pulling the charger out it stayed at 3 bars, and when I plug it into my computer, it will tell me that my device "malfunctioned". I tried calling AT&T Customer Service and they were all set and ready to send me a replacement, but they require a credit card for when I send in my broken phone, in case it has water damage(which it does not), they want to charge me $65, but no one in my family has a credit card and nobody I know is willing to let me use their card, so I can't get a replacement.

Does anyone know what would cause this to happen? It seems to me like it's the battery, but I was hoping to find a resolution that won't cost me any money.

Thanks
