Lg rumor touch in phone memory full?

My in phone memory is full. I have deleted all text messages all pictures and ringtones and almost all contacts. Now my memory seems to be stuck on 80% and will not decrease. What else is there to make in phone memory less? Thanks for any help given.

Other things that you might check are installed applications and music if you have these items. Other than that, it looks like you have done everything possible. If push comes to a shove, the last resort would be to call you cell phone provider or go to you local cell phone provider's store and ask someone how to fix this problem.
