I've had this problem when trying to access my GPS; "error renewing your subscription. please try back later." I called Virgin Mobile many times, even spoke to the supervisors and they said it would be fixed within 24 to 72 hours, but it never has. To add insult to injury, they are charging me $60 for unlimited minutes, texting, internet and GPS, but the internet and GPS don't work. I want to switch to another provider but they seem more costly. I guess I'm scr*wed.
