LG SCIENCES MMv3 is it safe?

I was recently given a bottle of LG sciences MMv3 Strength Complex and I'm kinda afraid to take it ha ha does it have any bad side effects what does it do? It came with T-911 it is testosterone what should I do? also I'm allergic to fish and shellfish and it says on other ingredients shellfish will this hurt me if I take it?
