LG Thrill power/lock button is broken-how to fix?

Ive had my LG Thrill for little more than a month and the phone is great, but after dropping the phone a few times it started to become harder to unlock the phone. At first I had to just press the button and the screen would come on, then after a few drops I had to press the button harder and a few more times and eventually the screen would come on. But gradually the button broke more and more and eventually didn't work at all. And then i tried taking the battery out, putting it back in and turning it on, but now it wont even turn on. Does anyone know how to fix it? And if not, what is a good selling price for it?
 
I have the same issue, and took the whole phone apart, and it turns out the power button is soldered to the main board, making it harder to replace. I think its to much of a hassle to try and replace it, let alone try to find a replacement button for sale. You mentioned you cant power on your phone, i have the same issue and the way I power it on is by connecting it to the charger, and as soon as I see the boot logo, I disconnect it. The phone will then boot normally.
