So I have this lg vcr combo I purchased we run basic cable so i needed a tuner for it (which it has built in) I connected all the cables properly and when i turn it on it just says HELLO on the vcr led screen but the TV stays the same like if you turn on a VCR it should overwrite the tv signal and you can program the VCR from there but like i said it does absolutely nothing the picture stays the same weather it is on or off and I really don't know how to solve this issue any thoughts (dun be a smart ass about it either i did everything the book told me to do even looked in the trouble shooting pages and it told me diddly)
