i can hear it ringing and it keeps telling me i have voice mail. but i cant hear anything and they cant hear me. the speaker phone doesnt work aswell. i tried turning phone off taking battery out. plugging into charger pushing speakerphone at same time. took the memory card out and erased all text messages. its a flashed over phone so nothing to do with verizon. im at a loss of what to do right now.
