LGBT: Is he flirting with me or joking around?

I am a bi 16 year old guy, and I have a crush on my friend. The best part is that I think he is flirting with me. He doesnt know im bi, and im not sure if he is gay or bi. He seems to take every chance he has to hug me, he touched my ear and smiled at me, he called me cute, and he turned around to look at me and said "why are you staring at me?" and then laughed. Is he flirting with me, or joking? I never seem to ever have the chance to be alone with him. What do I do?

Please help! I am driving myself crazy!
 
Here's what you do:
"Hey, friend, I'm bisexual."
"Oh, cool, I'm gay."
"Really? *blush* I always thought you were kind of cute."
"Oh ... well ... I always thought you were cute, too."
*make out sesh. ensues*

Or it could go like this:
"Hey, friend, I'm bisexual."
"Okay."
"Wanna play Call of Duty?"
"Yeah, sure."

*ahem* Sorry. Well yeah it sounds like flirting... you should maybe just come out and see what happens... you can't lose anything from that because he wouldn't be making gay-sounding comments like that if he was the tiniest bit homophobic.

So come out <3
 
ask him if he wants to hang out after school one day, then be honest with him and hopfully for you he will also be bi/gay and if not tell him its ok can we still be friends! Good Luck!
