Libraries in Mid-Levels/Central District in Hong Kong?

I live in Mid-Levels, Caine Road, Central, HK. And i've been wanting to find a library that is nearby where i can do some private studying, Do you guys have any good recommandations? It could be public or private (e.g. university libraries?) Or any place that's good for studying in Hong Kong?
