So who owes them the money ?

Who is legally allowed to print money in the US ?

Did Congress borrow moneny from the Chinese -- Nope they borrowed it from the Fed which is fine but what they borrowed was paper not legal tender because the fed can't print legal tender

So who owes the Chinese and all those other nations ? It couldn't be the US government since the US government did not issue the loans

So -- who owes ?

So when Lindsey Williams says China owns the US -- Shouldn't he say China owns the borrower which would be Bernake and his staff ?
