just ate some potato wedges and calamari rings, a crap load of tuna with sweet chili sauce some biscuits, 2 chicken sandwiches and a milo bar LOL, if i exercise the amount of calories i just ate will i wake up tomorrow the same weight and body shape? - i hate going to school bloated lol
goiing to skip for 45 minutes and walk dog for like 30 hopefully is enough
