Undertaker would own so bad... Its heavy weight veteran vs a new lightweight.
 
of course undertaker will demolish punk but you know the WWE, they will make it a way for cm-punk to win but eventually in the future the undertaker will win
 
Undertaker will win. Undertaker doesnt run his mouth like Punk does, he gets things done in the ring!!!

I think Punk will win their first match, but I expect Taker to win the title eventually.
