I have a cell with Rogers. I talk to this guy who's in Alberta...his cell phone is a number based in my city (it has my area code). He usually calls me, but will it still charge ME for long distance? Cause I called today and it said "This call is a long distance call.." etc.
Does it still charge me even though he called?
