I am looking for the best and inexpensive ISPs in Toronto. I am sick and tired of the over charging by the major brands such as Rogers, Bell, Telus etc. so I need some ISP which would give me the value for my money. Any help will be appreciated... and it shouldn't necessarily be 10Mbps... even 7Mbps would suffice if I get it for the price around $30, which ROGERS charges for their crappy 1Mbps internet.
