http://www.weightwatchers.com/index.aspx is a good place to go, but if you want to skip calculating everything yourself number after number there are programs which you can buy, punch in all of the foods you eat during the day and it calculates your total calorie intake along with carbs, fat, energy, etc., it's also height, size and weight specific to give you recommendations and advice on what to do as far as what you're eating. I've used it for one of my nutrition classes and it works surprisingly well. Sorry I can't remember the exact name of the program that used but it makes things a lot easier considering you can save everything to your profile so you don't have to keep adding and re-adding different ingredients on a website, simply change it on the profile you've created. Hopefully everything works out for ya..
