Looking for an easy music creation iTouch application. Help?

Does anyone know if there is an easy music creation app or a guitar music creator for iTouch? I have downloaded several and there is no ease of use at all. Everyone of them so far has no instructions or every time I press a button to hear a chord or something I get this pop up and asks a stupid question if i want to do this or that with a confirmation and its too time consuming. Or maybe something with drums
 
Hi there, I rather like Looptastic. It does cost around $10.00-$15.00 But its totally worth it, Unless you download a cracked version.
Its so easy to use, no ridiculous buttons or knobs, really simple.
