There is a Japanese music video that is similar to the Betty Boop cartoons. It starts in black and white then the Betty Boop character slashes color to everyone in the audience. Its also an anime drawn cartoon but Betty Boop inspired because the cartoon is singing on stage in a red dress and a wolf is in the audience howling. I've been trying to find this song for a long time. Help please.
