Looking to trim about 25 lbs & tone up a little. I've got a good grasp on the exercise routines I'm doing, but need a hand on coming up with some nutrition & dieting ideas.
Looking for some ideas that would enable me to eat smaller meals or snacks 5-6 times a day.
- What are some healthy options for dinner & breakfast (speed & ease at breakfast would help a bunch)?
- How about something I can snack on during the day (refrigeration isn't an option)?
- What are some food groups I should stay away from? How about some I should try to focus on?
- Like most, I enjoy sweets, so what are some healthy alternatives to cookies or ice cream that are sweet & tasty?
I'm sure there are some other basic nutrition questions I'm forgetting, but you guys get the idea. Just looking for someone that can help point me in the right direction so I can get off the fast food diet I've been on lately.
