This was a movie about a futuristic society where people lived as much as the credits they had left. Everyone was born with equal amount of time and then this guy gets involved with some time of stock guru that multiplied his time left. At the end of the movie he wants to give the credits to someone related to him, and had to go ask the elders, who allows him, just because it had been a while since someone asked. In one of the parts of the movie, there was a friend of the main character that gambled all his remaining credits and dies right then and there.
