okay i want to be skinny by thanksgiving, in four-five days.
i need to loose 2 inches off my thighs what are some excersices that would help?
i would also like to loose and inch off my belly button area.
excersice or foods (that help flush everything, raise matabolism, i don't care!) that would help?
