Ok now i have a red lotus (Nelumbo nucifera) in a huge tank. I was thinking of adding fighting fish 1 or 2 into it because its big i think it can survive but the lotus flower have this small small red insects which is around the leaf so im thinking by adding this bettas would it eat the insects ? even if it cant will it survive inside a tank 80% filled with water and lotus plant ? thank you very much for your answers.
Thanks man but the insects looks like small tiny red in color and round and they often stays like spot spot on top of the leaf or near the omg i don't what they called the long branches i guess, sorry for the poor command of specific scientific names
When i looked closely i realize its a insect but from far it just looks like a tiny tiny red spots. Its annoying me to a level i want to kill it all.
