Ok, so after I saw inception I wanted to learn to lucid dream right? so I think I succeeded with this one dream. I was having this dream and all of the sudden I was like "wait a second... awweeesommmme i'm dreaming". And then I remembered you can fly in lucid dreams by jumping (it was on wikihow or something) and I tried to jump up but tripped and my hand was bent in an uncomfortable way, but i think it was because I felt my real-life hand bent in a wierd way. so anyway i couldn't get up in the dream because i think i was partially aware of sleep paralysis. Any suggestions on how to have more successful lucid dreams?
