macbook and dell network?

HiI have the following and want to build a networkMacbookDell Dimension 24002wire wired and wireless routerHP Photo smart usb printerI want it to allow my mac book to assess my pc's files and vice versa, share the printer hooked up by usb to my pc, get the network to work when i run windows xp in boot came (This is optional if it can't happen its OK)and i want my pc wired and mac wirelessPlease tell me all the software hardware etc to do thiso ps i have a wii on the wireless and 2 telus tv pvr's hooked up to the wired part and don't want them on the network but they need internet

You'll need an Ethernet card or port in your PC and a wireless adapter in your Macbook (it probably comes with one).You'll need to set the PC for file and printer sharing, and share any folders you want the Mac to be able to access.You'll have to set the printer itself to be shared.Someone else will tell you what you have to do on the Mac end.As far as the PVRs and Wii, you may or may not be able to keep them off the network (as far as being able to share between them and the computers - they have to be "on" the network to connect to the internet, since that's where the internet connection will be.)
