Macbook: bluetooth not available?

I always use the bluetooth feature for my mighty mouse .. it always just works and connects automatically but when i turned it on a zig zag line appeared over the B and it says bluetooth not available. My mouse is on and everything idk why thats happening?

What can I do to fix this.
