Majors for outdoors recreation/activities? PLZ help...?

Right now I'm 17 yrs old and am about to attend a community college(1st year). My current major is Mechanical Engineering but I haven't taken any classes that have to do with that major yet. I am kind of unsure about my major. I was wondering if there is a major for hiking or mountain climbing things like that. I have heard of the major-Recreation Administration w/ emphasis on Outdoor activities- but I think this is for like being a tour guide or something.

I have heard that I can do what i mentioned before w/o college but I want to get a degree. Please help, Thank You.
 
WVU has a major called parks and rec. They also have a minor in outdoor recreation that you can earn why you pursue a more lucrative degree (no offense).
