MANAGE on My computer?

I have no task bar and

I use


task manger


each time I click on My Computer


I can't find the MANAGE selection


so I can change my drive name

Do anyone know How I can find the MANAGE selection
Opps I meant right click

on My Computer

Um I didn't understand much but try.
Ctrl Alt Del then go to "New Task" type "explorer.exe" and click ok
