Do you have a suggestion for a marinade recipe that would make a very (v e r y) tender piece of veal?
I have a dinner party and I'm doing veal, but every recipe I tried didn't result in what I wanted...
Any help with this, please?
Veal is naturally tender. Marinades don't really do much to tenderize meat anyway. But why marinate Veal at all? The flavor is fairly mild and is easily over powered. What usually makes veal tough is over cooking since it is so lean.
