Ok so
1. What's the best martial art to learn (for self defence)
2. Are there any clubs/people that accept (1on1 training) in toronto?

I find i learn things best when Im always pressured and at a faster speed, so if u know plz tell thnx (if u don't kno any 1on1 training then say what classes I can take ,where and what their called)

Best Self Defense: What ever you enjoy learning, because you will stay focused and pay attention.

1:1 training is more expensive then the regular group training, if you have the cash, I am sure there are gyms that will make arrangements for you.

Pressured/ Fast Speed:
I think you mean during the lesson/ training you want it to be fast and feel pressure: So Kick-Boxing is one that does this.
Same as Karate, Tae Kwon Do, and Boxing,
It depends on the instructors and their methods of teaching .

Hope this helps.

Best for self defence ?, get a gun.
since you live in canada, what is left is common sense.

stick / knife fighting, take filipino martial arts, called arnis or eskrima.

clinch/ground, take judo, it will probably be more geared towards throwing, but will teach you enough ground to stay out of trouble with common folk, or wrestling, either is good

for striking, join a boxing club, or kickboxing / muay thai.

they might or might not offer 1 on 1 training, and if they do it probably costs a bunch to do it.
probably boxing / judo is one of the cheaper options you have, and are commonly found, where in toronto, no idea, thats your job to find out where the clubs are, find the prices, try them out and decide which one you liked the most for yourself.
