Hello all, my question is my plan is to get in good shape to join a special forces team be it seals rangers or green berets, over the next few months I will do everything possible to get in top shape to be competitive but Iam wondering should I practice a martial art to keep my fitness goals up and if so Which martial art would help prepare for militry hand-to-hand combat.
