Matthew 15: 4-7
"For God said, ‘Honor your father and mother’[a] and ‘Anyone who curses their father or mother is to be put to death.’ 5 But you say that if anyone declares that what might have been used to help their father or mother is ‘devoted to God,’ 6 they are not to ‘honor their father or mother’ with it. Thus you nullify the word of God for the sake of your tradition. 7 You hypocrites! Isaiah was right when he prophesied about you"
Now, am I the most biblically educated person on the planet? No. And, well, some people do take Bible verses out of context to prove a point. Here, I don't see how that's possible, and, this is a NT verse...
So, I'm curious, what else should be known? Or, should we really kill kids for disobeying their parents?
