If I look online to any Mc Donald's website, does it mean that they are hiring if the site for the store that you wish to apply to says opportunites under apply online?
Not all the time, most websites have a link for job applications regaurdless if they are hiring or not. I would fill out an application, then goin into McDonalds and tell them you applied and ask when you will hear back from them.
You can search by Zip Code and see what stores are hiring in your area, but I wouldn't recommend even bothering to fill out an application online. We rarely ever call them back if they are not at least willing to come in and see us face to face.
Go talk to a manager and fill out an application in person. You will have much better results.
