Should I take 5htp after taking Molly ? I heard it helps you but can cause serotonin syndrome ( how do I avoid that ? )
Can I take 5htp before a role ?
If you didn't roll very hard or didn't take enough, can you roll again the next night but with more dosage to feel it ?

The way MDMA works is it releases the serotonin and other chemicals in you brain and body, the stronger the pills or otherwise the more that gets released, so if you get a good buzz the first time and when your coming down it will be harder to get a good buzz again because the serotonin could have run out! What i usually do is take Valium and smoke weed when im coming down, it helps you sleep! You should space out the time between your usage, if your doing MDMA for a night all night, then wait a few weeks of so so the serotonin can recuperate and get back to the normal levels The youtube video is good too
