I'm going to be taking my samsung alias to verizon tonight and will probably end up getting a new phone because my current one is having some major problems. I do not want to loose my pictures, videos or sounds, if they don't transfer to the new phone. I have a "multi adapter" but, I am not sure what it is for or how to use it. Is it like a memory card? If not, should the phone have come with one? If so, what does it look like and where do you insert it? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
