Does anyone know a cheap, i am talking $50 cheap, way to make a realistic mermaid tail? I've looked on youtube and the tails the people explained cost about $70!And i want to be able to swim in it. And another question, Would i be able to use it at a YMCA? I would like to go to the Y and show it off! Thanks if u can help!
