Message expired or not found: verizon phones?

I've heard several people with the same problem... and i'm not quite sure what to do.
i sent a picture from my phone to my phone and it received that picture message
i had this graphic attatched to an email message and sent it to my fone and it received it... but my phone will not receive anything else. it seems to only receive that graphic and i'm not sure why. it has nothing to do with size though. can anyone help me? i'm very confused. andd i'm not reall focused on ringtones, i'm focused on pics.

i used too have that phone, i had the same problem.
now i have the TPhone n i still have tht problem.
verizon neeeds too fix it..
