In February, I'm going to Cozumel, Mexico for the 6th time and was wondering how to have a great time. The last couple of times I have been to young for parties at the hotel but I'm 15 now and want to have a good time. We are scuba diving in the day and there are always hot girls my age. I have no clue what to do?!?
