Today, Michael Vick admitted that he now has a dog. Considering he went to jail for years due to killing dogs, I just don’t think Michael Vick should have a dog right now. It’s not that I think he’s going to kill this dog — he obviously won’t — it’s just not worth the distractions.
The Philadelphia Eagles are having enough trouble figuring out how to win without this distraction. Vick needs to be concentrating on becoming the quarterback he was a couple years ago. He doesn’t need to waste time on explaining why he decided to get a new dog.
You gotta wonder what the Eagles think about this. I bet Andy Reid rolled his eyes and thought once again that he may need to make a change at quarterback to salvage his season.
