michelin x ones same as x radials?

I cant seem to find x ones at any store, I'm googling and googling and can't find reviews. A friend just picked these up for me (haven't seen them yet) and I was trying to find reviews on these as winter tires.
So are these good winter tires? does anyone know a link so I can check them out? thanks

radial is a type of tire i didnt see any name like what you got but dont mean its not out there but here what they have on site
