What does brown spotting about midway through your menstrual cycle mean? Is it a good sign or bad? It's not an infection, I've been checked... It is brown, lasts 2 days maybe 3 but it doesn't spot all day long, and its enough to stain the underwear..Help? Is this good spotting or bad?
