Mininova & LimeWire Torrents?

I downloaded a file from mininova.org and when I go to open it, LimeWire opens. Then the file starts downloading from LimeWire...well, not really downloading...it just locates sources...

Did I do something wrong or do I need to install/download something else to get it to play???
