Minor Corruption in Internet Explorer?

I've had a small problem with Internet Explorer the past week. When I type (doesn't matter what site I'm on) the letters are all spaced differently. And websites will have corrupted images or if I play a game online, it shows that it's too big for my screen but still lets me play it. I have tried changing the screen resolution and have scanned more than once for a virus. I've had my computer since this summer and this is the first time this problem has occured. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you! After messing around in the settings, I found a way to reset Internet Explorer and it works now!
 
tHAT'S BECAUSE IE IS OVERRATED AND SUCKS ASS

GET FIREFOX OR OPERA (YOU GET LESS POPUPS AND SHIT)

IE IS OVERRATED JUST LIKE THE COMPANY THAT MADE IT.
