Missing sketches on the SNL DVDs?

I was watching the SNL "complete" season 19 dvd on netflix, last night. My favorite sketches of all time were not on there; such as the salem (rhymes with witch) trials, from the shannen doherty episode, and the scottish psychiatrist sketch, from the Patrick Stewart episode. Is this typical of the SNL DVDs, or is it just netflix, messing me over?
