Mixture for the 2-stroke Dirt bikes.?

What do i fluids mix in the 2005 RM250. Also how much of each.

40:1, 1 part oil to 40 parts gas, this is the mixture i use on all but my race engines, race motors use 100:1 for 2-cycles and 200:1 on my thumpers, yes folks i run premix in my racing four-strokes
