Other one was to much. I heard this from several ppl including my trainer. I would be to tired and slack in one and do good in the other etc....NEW EDITION tell me what yout think.

Monday :

Muay Thai
Squat, Bench Press, Bent Over Rows, and Dips
Run 2 Miles

Tuesday :

Muay Thai
Some Other Cardio If Possible
ABS

Wednesday :

Jui-Jitsu
Run 2 Miles

Thursday :

Jiu-Jitsu
Run 2 Miles Or More Get A Killer Cardio In
ABS

Friday :

Deadlifts, Cleans To Push Press, Over Head Press, Chin Ups, and Pull Ups
Muay Thai
Jiu-Jitsu

Saturday :

CARDIO IF WANT TO

Sunday :
