mobile wont show images send via bluetooth dongle?

can anyone help please? i have a samsung e390. when i send images or music from my computer to the mobile via a dongle my mobile does recieve the music/image but it wont show it as it says theres no content??!!??
where am i going wrong??
 
I have a Samsung D807 and if your phone's menu is anything like mine, and unless you haven't tried it already- you need to go to File Manager, then Graphics, then Downloaded Graphics. It would be in that folder. It doesn't show up in the Graphics folder where pictures would be if you just took one with the phones cameras. Any images sent via bluetooth or downloaded via the internet would be in Downloaded graphics. Should be the same method for music- just obviously not in the graphics folder.
