On Tuesday, abortion-rights opponents visited Montana polling places in an attempt to gather enough signatures to qualify a "personhood" ballot measure for the November election, the Great Falls Tribune reports. Initiative CI-102, backed by the Montana Pro-Life Coalition, would ask voters whether the state constitution should define a "person" as a human being "from the beginning of the biological development."
